To request an Environmental Education Reservation for a group, please complete the online form below and review our booking windows below before submitting your request. 

Overnight Residential Programs

Current Bookings: We are actively taking overnight reservations for the 2026–2027 school year (through May 31, 2027).

Next School Year: Booking for the 2027–2028 school year (through May 31, 2028) will officially open on August 10, 2026, at 9:00 AM.

Day Programs

Because our main calendar focuses on overnight trips, day group reservations open up to 6 months in advance to fill open gaps in our overnight schedule. While day group availability is limited because of this, we do our absolute best to accommodate your group!

EE Rates & Packages

Rates are a base rate per person meaning each person attending the program including teachers, administration, parents, volunteers and/or students will be charged for your trip. We do not credit groups and/or individuals who stay off-site, do not eat meals and/or do not participate in the entirety of the base program offerings. Our program rates are based on all-inclusive program schedule in which the number of classes & meals may vary depending on actual group arrival and departure times of the selected program package.

How to make a reservation and requirements for securing dates?

1. 1. 1. Complete the designated request form. If your requested dates are unavailable, you will be provided with alternative dates considered to be next best matches similar to your request (i.e. group size, days of the week, etc.)
      2. Once dates are confirmed, a contract package will be sent.
      3. Within 2 weeks of receiving your contract package, the following three (3) requirements are required to secure your reservation:
         • Signed Contract: Review, sign and return the contract. We kindly request that ALL individuals involved with your reservation planning to thoroughly read the contract and policies.
         • Deposit: Pay the nonrefundable deposit. It is $300.00 for overnight reservations and $100.00 for day program reservations. The paid deposit is applied to the overall balance.
         • Insurance Coverage: There are four (4) insurance coverage options to select from which are listed and detailed in the Insurance Section of the contract and policies. Please note, this only applies to overnight reservations.
      4. Once your request is submitted, our team will review the calendar and get back to you within 48 hours with a confirmation or the next best available dates.

To request a Third Party Weekend & Day Use Reservation for a group, please complete the online form below. 

2026-2027 Third-Party Rates B4H

Are you looking to host a weekend retreat, conference, or team-bounding event? Burton 4-H Center offers weekend facility rentals for third-party groups not participating in our weekday school programs.

We regularly welcome a wide variety of weekend groups, including:

• • Youth & Scout Groups (Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts, religious youth groups)

  • Churches & Faith-Based Organizations

  • University Groups (Sororities, fraternities, and student clubs)

  • Sports Teams & Community Organizations
