EE Reservation Request Form

Submit your request for 2024-2025 School Year at: Environmental Education Reservation Request Form 

EE overnight reservations are made up to 18 months in advance (overnight groups only).  EE day program reservations are made at earliest 6 weeks in advance for March-May dates and up to 10 weeks in advance for September-February dates.

Our 2025-2026 reservations will open on Friday, August 9, 2024 at 9:00am.

How to make a reservation and requirements for securing dates?

1. 1. 1. Complete the the designated request form (options available below). If your your requested dates are unavailable, you will be provided with alternative dates considered to be next best matches similar to your request (i.e. group size, days of the week, etc.)
      2. Once dates are confirmed, a contract package will be sent.
      3. Within 2 weeks of receiving your contract package, the following three (3) requirements are required to secure your reservation:
         • Signed Contract: Review, sign and return the contract. We kindly request that ALL individuals involved with your reservation planning to thoroughly read the contract and policies.
         • Deposit: Pay the nonrefundable deposit. It is $300.00 for overnight reservations and $50.00 for day program reservations. The paid deposit is applied to the overall balance.
         • Insurance Coverage: There are four (4) insurance coverage options to select from which are listed and detailed in the Insurance Section of the contract and policies. Please note, this only applies to overnight reservations.

Rates (July 1, 2024-June 30, 2025):

Rates are a base rate per person meaning each person attending the program including teachers, administration, parents, volunteers and/or students will be charged for your trip. We do not credit groups and/or individuals who stay off-site, do not eat meals and/or do not participate in the entirety of the base program offerings. Our program rates are based an all inclusive program schedule in which the number of classes & meals may vary depending on actual group arrival and departure times of the selected program package.
