Dublin 4-H Center was the first state center for black 4-H Club members in the nation.
The Dublin Lions Club donated 33 acres of land in the express purpose of establishing the Dublin 4-H Center.
The official dedication of the Dublin 4-H Center was held November 15, 1957.
The only building remaining from the Dublin 4-H Center is the Emery Carter Thomas Auditorium.
