Third-Party Groups
Organized youth and adult groups can enjoy Tybee Island and nearby Savannah through many of our facility offerings. We offer opportunities for relaxation, learning, natural wonders and local history! Guests can enjoy many amenities such as a campfire ring, recreation facilities, salt marsh view, basketball and volleyball court. We provide easy access to the local bike paths as well as a short half-mile walk to the beach. Our staff are happy to give recommendations for local walks, spots to see and activities for your free time. 2026-2027 Third-Party Rates B4H
Lodging Dormitory accommodation is basic and designed for group-style lodging. Actual dorm assignments are based on group size and gender breakdown. Requests for additional dormitories beyond what is required for group size will incur an additional fee. Guests are responsible for bringing their own linens, bedding, towels, and personal toiletries. This fee helps cover the additional cleaning, preparation, and facility usage costs associated with opening and maintaining an extra building. Pre-Approved Late Check-Out before 12:00 PM Pre-Approved Late Check-Out after 12:00 PM Any group failing to vacate their cabin by 10:00 AM on a weekend will be assessed a flat fee per dorm. Vacating after 11:30 AM will result in a fully automatic charge of an additional night’s stay per person *Rates are for July 1, 2026-June 30, 2027 per person / per dorm

Learn more about our available facilities for rent. *Rates are for July 1, 2026-June 30, 2027 per building Includes access to fridge, first-aid station, small sink, coffee pot, tea kettle, hot plate, vending machine, tables, chairs, storage shelves, etc. In addition to including use of the Front Porch, access to the Main Room includes a computer with an LCD projector, tables and chairs. No access to Kitchen. Includes rectangle tables and chairs. Please note that this building is not climate controlled. Firewood; buckets for water to extinguish fire; s’more sticks (Smores supplies not provided.) Charcoal not provided.
