Georgia 4-H’ers explore the broad scope of plant and soil sciences and the impact that they have on our society through hands-on, educational opportunities in areas of fruits and vegetables, horticulture, pest control, agronomy and equipment and gardening practices. In addition to the many Project Achievement Categories, 4-H’ers can participate in other contest, judging events, and educational opportunities that focus on plant and soil sciences.
