Georgia 4-H through the Army 4-H Military Partnership Outreach and Support efforts was awarded 25 full cloverleaf camp scholarships for Army dependents for the 2023 camping season. Active-duty, reserve, guard, retired, and wounded Army dependent families with a cloverleaf(s) eligible participant were encouraged to apply for the scholarship. The below highlights a possible opportunity for 2024; however, confirmed plans will be determined when and if Georgia 4-H is approved for the grant. We typically have scholarships and camps approved in January.

The scholarship documents are managed by the county and awarded by the state. In addition to county forms a Military Eligibility Certification form is required and will be completed with the County Faculty member. The State will notify the county of the award winners and the county will register youth members locally.

Please contact Laura Goss, GA 4-H Military Liaison, via email or phone with questions or request for support on contacting your local UGA Extension Office.
