Jackie Fortson
Jackie Fortson serves as the Georgia 4-H Fiscal Affairs Manager. In this role, she assists the State 4-H Leader by providing oversight of financial activity and business management functions as they relate to Georgia 4-H Program at the State 4-H Office in Athens and at the six 4-H facilities.
With almost nine years of retail management and accounting experience within the retail industry, Jackie started working at The University of Georgia in 2006. During most of her UGA career, she has worked at Franklin College as a Business Manager with the Marine Sciences Department and as a Budget Specialist with the Franklin Business Services Office.
Jackie holds an Associate Degree in Business Administration from Georgia State University and an Associate Degree in Accounting from Athens Technical College.
In her free time, Jackie enjoys gardening, photography, reading, traveling, and spending time with her husband, son, and animals.
