All records should be retained in accordance with Board of Regents policies on record retention. Copies of all required forms and documentation pertaining to youth should be retained for a period of three (3) years after the youngest youth in the program/activity reaches the age of eighteen (18).
To assist with records retention, faculty and staff should reference this checklist.
