Katie Bowker
Katie Bowker serves as the Program Coordinator for 4-H Technology grants including the 4-H Tech Changemakers program and the 4-H Ag Tech program. In this role she works with county offices with 4-H youth leaders implementing technology outreach to their local communities. After growing up in Oconee County, GA, Katie attended the University of Georgia for her undergraduate degree. She took a year after graduation to serve as a FoodCorps member and then worked for a conservation nonprofit as a program manager. She later returned to UGA to become a “double dawg” and received her degree of Master of Agricultural and Environmental Education. Katie has worked at the Georgia 4-H office since July 2021.
