Brittany Teets
Brittany Teets is the Extension 4-H Specialist for Summer Camping Programs at Georgia 4-H and the University of Georgia Cooperative Extension. In this role, she collaborates closely with county, district, and state staff to implement the Georgia 4-H Summer Camping Program across five 4-H Centers statewide.
Brittany’s journey with Georgia 4-H began in Rockdale County, where she was an active member throughout her school years. She served as a summer camp counselor for the Georgia 4-H Camping Program from 2005 to 2009, holding positions such as Special Interest Coordinator at Rock Eagle 4-H Center (2007), Crew Chief at Fortson 4-H Center (2008), and Head Mico at Rock Eagle 4-H Center (2009).
Brittany holds a Master of Agricultural Leadership from the University of Georgia and a Bachelor of Science in Education from Georgia College & State University. She started her career in Extension in 2011 as the Rockdale County 4-H Agent. Before this, she was a 4-H Program Assistant in Franklin and Baldwin Counties. In 2014, she was appointed County Extension Coordinator in Rockdale County and transitioned to the state specialist position in 2025.
Brittany and her husband, Robert, live in Conyers, GA, and are proud parents of two children, Robby and Maddy.
