Registration Due August 15

Southern Region Leader Forum continues to be one of the South’s best kept secrets.  The Forum provides you with the opportunity to share ideas, participate in tremendous classes, mix with leaders from 13 states and two territories while making your best better for your club and your community.

As always the program is also filled with lots of funshops and workshops. These sessions are led by volunteers and Extension faculty and include a plethora of information.  Few trainings offer the variety and quality of Southern Region 4-H Volunteer Leader Forum.

In addition to lively entertainment and an incredible speaker, leaders will have the opportunity to participate in a variety of workshop and funshop sessions.  These sessions are led by volunteers and Extension faculty and include a plethora of information.  Few trainings offer the variety and quality of Southern Region 4-H Volunteer Leader Forum.

Participation in the Forum is open to any volunteer.  Part-time registration as well as full-time registration is available. From the schedule you'll find that it is most economical to participate in the full conference.  However, if you must select days to participate, workshops are offered on Friday and Saturday.  These days also include our keynote and capnote speakers as well as the state showcase.

Registration may be turned in on an individual or county basis.  Registration is due to me no later than August 15 Each leader needs an individual registration form and also must be registered online. Deposits of 50% of the total cost are due with the online registration by August 15th (postmarked and entered online). Registration received after August 15will need to pay an additional $50. Online registration must be handled by the county Extension office. Please be sure your information is in in order for the county to meet the online and postmarked deadline.

A deposit of 50% of the total cost is due with registration. If prior arrangements are not made, deposits received after August 15 will also be charged the late fee. Full refunds will be available for those participants who cancel before Sept 1st.. After that date, we will be able to refund fees based on the charges made to our state from the Forum.

Final payment is due September 25th.  If the final payment is not received by the 25th and prior arrangements have not been made, again, the late fees will be charged.  This is an effort to have a more accurate attendance and participation list and to be able to reserve cabin space.
