Leadership in Action Competition Information
 

Interview Schedule – Interviews will take place on Tuesday July 26, starting at 10:45. Please note the schedule information below.

Please note, while the judges will expect professional dress from the participants, you will not have your hotel rooms upon arrival on Tuesday.  There is limited changing available in the fitness area.  4-H’ers should plan accordingly.

Tuesday Evening -Leadership Banquet
Leadership in Action 4-H’ers will be seated as a group during the Leadership Banquet on Tuesday evening. We will need for them to plan to arrive and be seated by 6:15 p.m.  During the banquet, we will present each 4-H’er with a certificate and announce the two winners for Leadership in Action. At the Tuesday evening assembly, you will all be recognized. A description of your project will be read. The top two LIA Projects will be announced. These winners will receive Master 4-H Status. In addition, the top two 4-H’ers can choose between a $500 scholarship and a trip to National 4-H Congress in the Spring of 2017.

Thursday Evening - Awards Banquet
The winners will also be invited to participate in the 4-H Parade of Winners during the Annual Banquet on Thursday night and be recognized with 4-H Special Events.
