The Georgia 4-H Livestock Program offers extraordinary educational opportunities for youth ages 7- 18. 4-Her's involved in the livestock program are challenged with real-life issues as they learn responsibility through raising and showing livestock. Livestock projects give students the opportunity to practice and aquire new knowlege in the fields of animal science, business, time management and leadership.
The Georgia 4-H Livestock program offers many opportunities for 4-Her's to exhibit beef cattle throughout the state. Click on the 'Events' page above to view upcoming beef cattle events. In addition, students may participate in livestock judging competitions, District Project Achievement, and our beef scholarship opportunities for high school Seniors.
