The Georgia 4-H Livestock Program offers extraordinary educational opportunities for youth ages 9- 18. 4-Her's involved in the livestock program are challenged with real-life issues as they learn responsibility through raising, showing and judging livestock. Livestock projects give students the opportunity to practice and acquire new knowlege in the fields of animal science, business, time management and leadership.

Oconee County Wins 2017 Dairy Quiz BowlOconnee County Team members are: Mennah Abdelwahab, Ayah Abdelwahab, Neely McCommons, David Han. Oconee Co. will have the opportunity to represent Georgia 4-H at the North American Invitation 4-H Dairy Quiz Bowl Contest in Louisville, KY this coming fall.

Gordon County Wins 2017 State Dairy Judging ContestGordan County Team members are: Brooklyn Carr, Caleb Carr, Luke Ryan and Gracy Sexton. Coweta Co. Team A placed second and their team members are: Audri Crews, Hunter Swartz, Cody Whitlock and Mady Hillebrand.
Coweta County Wins 2016 Horse Quiz Bowl Competition Placing first in the Senior Competition was Coweta Co. Team A. Those team members were: Mady Hillebrand, Abby Lummus, Emily Morgan and Bishop Watts.

Tift County Wins 2015 Poultry Judging ContestTift County Team members are: Caroline Dunn, Karen Ouano, Justin Harper, and Nicole Taylor. Coweta Co. placed second and their team members are: Alex Adornato, Hunter Swartz, Audri Crews and Laura Chaffin.
Tift County 4-H went on to earn 1st Place at the National Contest in Louisville, Kentucky.
