Georgia 4-H Green Papers

“Green Papers”

The term “White Paper” is used in several contexts but most often to describe an authoritative report or set of guidelines.  A “white paper” may be used to stimulate discussion, summarize policy, or simply educate readers.  It is intended to be concise.  “Green Paper” is a term used in Europe for governmental documents.  In the context below, “Green Paper” is simply “White Paper” for 4-H use.
